Sweepstakes Rules

1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Scavenger Escape Rooms (hereinafter: Organizer).

2. Sweepstakes Duration
The sweepstakes will run from 25th of June, 2025 until the 10th of August, 2025.

3. Participation Conditions
The sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who:
- Visit Scavenger Escape Rooms Nürnberg until the 10th of August, 2025 and participate in one of our escape games.
- Drop their email address into the lucky box before or after the game.
- By participating in the game, you also agree to subscribe to the Scavenger Escape Rooms Nürnberg newsletter.

4. Sweepstakes Process
1. Players who participate in an escape room game drop their email address into the lucky box before or after the game.
2. At the end of the sweepstakes, on 15 August 2025, the Organizer will draw the winners from all the submitted email addresses.

5. prizes
One FREE GAME to play our brand-new escape room “Grand Budapest Hotel” at any time in the future.
Three 33% discount vouchers for your next game, valid for our “Grand Budapest Hotel” at any time in the future.

6. Draw
The draw will take place on Friday, August 15, 2025. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer in a closed setting.

7. Notification and Prize Redemption
The winners will be notified by the Organizer via email to the provided email address by August 15, 2025. Winners must follow the instructions in the email to claim their prize. ALL PRICES can only be redeemed to play our new GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL escape room!

8. Data Handling
Participation in the game requires subscribing to the Scavenger Escape Rooms newsletter. By providing their email address, participants subscribe to our newsletter, through which they will receive their prize. We do not share players' data with third parties.

9. Other Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the sweepstakes or cancel the sweepstakes without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the Organizer's website and social media platforms. Participation in the sweepstakes is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, participants automatically accept these rules.
