Sweepstakes Rules

1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Scavenger Escape Rooms (hereinafter: Organizer).

2. Sweepstakes Duration
The sweepstakes will run from 2nd of June, 2025 until the 31st of August, 2025.

3. Participation Conditions
The sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who:
- Visit Scavenger Escape Rooms until the 31st of August, 2025 and participate in an escape game.
- Drop their email address into the lucky box after the game.
- By participating in the game, you also agree to subscribe to the Scavenger Escape Rooms newsletter.

4. Sweepstakes Process
1. Players who participate in an escape room game drop their email addresses into the lucky box after the game.
2. At the end of the sweepstakes, on September 1st, 2025, the Organizer will draw the winners from all the submitted email addresses.

Three 50% discount vouchers for your next game, valid for any of our rooms at any time in the future

6. Draw
The draw date is Monday, 1st of September, 2025. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer in a closed setting.

7. Notification and Prize Redemption
The winners will be notified by the Organizer via email to the provided email address by 5th of September 2025, at the latest. Winners must follow the instructions in the email to claim their prize. Exit Board games can be picked up at our store, or be sent per mail to the winner's home address. Further details will be revealed in the notification thereof.

8. Data Handling
Participation in the game requires subscribing to the Scavenger Escape Rooms newsletter. By providing their email address, participants subscribe to our newsletter, through which they will receive their guaranteed prize. We do not share players' data with third parties.

9. Other Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the sweepstakes or cancel the sweepstakes without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the Organizer's website and social media platforms.
Participation in the sweepstakes is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, participants automatically accept these rules.
